Within 60 days, the Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association voted unanimously to adopt the improvement, budget and improvement plans submitted by NewStreet. Within 18 months of ownership, NewStreet had successfully resold over half of the purchased units at a 25% profit from acquisition.
